朱守非长期从事催化有机合成化学研究,重点研究了几类以氢转移为关键步骤的重要有机合成反应,主要取得以下成果:
1)在质子转移反应方面,提出了“手性质子梭催化剂”概念,为不对称质子转移反应提供了全新的解决方案,实现了多种极具挑战的重要不对称催化合成反应,为α-氨基酸等重要手性砌块提供了高效合成方法,被称为“充满希望的未来研究领域”,为国内外多个课题组所采用,并引发了系列相关理论研究。
2)在氢原子转反应方面,发展了底物活化策略,通过加入Lewis碱提高了硼烷氢原子转移能力,实现了首例催化卡宾对硼氢键的插入反应,并实现了其不对称转化,被认为是“合成手性有机硼砌块的具有吸引力的方法,很可能广泛应用”,并已经引发多个课题组的跟进研究。
3)在负氢转移方面,发展了多种不对称氢化反应的高效催化剂,实现了多种重要羧酸类非甾体消炎药和生物碱的高效合成,部分成果已经被制药公司采用。
截至2017年11月发表SCI论文86篇,其中以通讯作者和第一作者在IF 10的化学顶级学术期刊上发表论文18篇(包括Nature Chemistry 1篇; Acc. Chem. Res. 2篇; JACS 9篇; ACIE 6篇;其中通讯作者论文11篇,第一作者论文7篇);编写著作章节2篇(分别于2011年和2016年由Wiley-VCH出版);获授权5项中国专利,申请3项国际专利;论文被他人正面引用3700余次,H-index为36。
