近年来在生物顺磁共振方法发展,细胞原位条件下蛋白质动态特性分析等方面取得了重大研究突破:发展了通用的蛋白质顺磁标记策略和一系列顺磁探针(JACS 2008a; JACS 2008b; JACS 2009; JACS 2013; Angew Chem 2017),并提出了顺磁探针柔性评价、质量评估体系 (J Biolmol NMR 2010; PCCP 2016;Chem Eur J 2013, 2017);建立了低含量、不稳定酶催化中间体三维结构的顺磁核磁共振测定方法(Angew Chem 2016);建立和发展了顺磁标记PCS快速测定活细胞内蛋白质三维结构方法(Chem Commun 2016);联合 NMR和EPR研究细胞内蛋白质的动态结构测定方法(PhyChemChemPhy 2015, 2017; Angew Chem 2017);并成功利用顺磁核磁揭示了钙离子通道MCU的离子传输机制(PNAS 2017),以及STIM1与钙调素在膜融合过程中的蛋白互作过程(Nat Commun 2017)等。
